Eric Howes is a graphic designer with deep experience in systems and operations. He has worked in the creative staffing industry for over a decade, building databases, reporting tools, and workflows that support hiring, collaboration, and organizational growth. This perspective informs his teaching, shaped by firsthand experience with hiring, evaluation, and the realities of professional practice.
Eric enjoys painting, typography, and all kinds of maps. He is also an avid hiker and record collector. A native Michigander, he moved to Oregon, then Idaho, and back. That amounts to 86.5%, 11.1%, and 2.4% of his life, respectively.
